It is home to some of the world’s leading motorsport series, such as the Grand Prix motorcycle racing, the World SBK, and the Supercars Championship. The circuit has a history of hosting motor racing events since 1928, when it was a road course that featured the first Australian Grand Prix. The current circuit was first used in 1956, and has a length of 4.445 km and 12 turns3. The circuit also offers various activities for visitors, such as go-karts.
